Shop customers, but also drama students from the Acting Up Masterclasses

Enterprises and Salmac Productions are up to.
Newsletters are sent once a month and
cover industry news (both Australian and international), updates
and general industry information.
We have listed what our previous newsletters
covered, for your information, as well as what to expect in next
month's newsletter.

AUGUST 2007
The August newsletter was a little late, due to Creative Director,
Sally McLean, going through wisdom tooth removal, which also
meant the promised article "The 'Resting' Actor: Suggested
Jobs For Actors Between Gigs" didn't materialise, but will
appear next month. This was made up for with a HUGE amount of
news and listings of upcoming Australian feature films and television
series, including information and details on the various companies
involved in each production (things are starting to get very
busy down under!).
JULY 2007
The July 2007 newsletter included an article on being a freelance
actor (i.e. how to survive in the industry without having an
agent), more news from the trenches of the Australian acting
industry, including rumoured upcoming films and television series
and the announcement of the winners of our "Telling
Tales" Story Competition.
JUNE 2007
June 2007 Newsletter included an article on the actor/agent
relationship and how to make it work for you as an actor, more
news from the trenches of the Australian acting industry, including
rumoured upcoming films and television series, news from Incognita
Shop (including our recent listing in the CafePress "ShopKeeper
Spotlight" and the announcement of our "Telling
Tales" Story Competition.
MAY 2007
The May 2007 Newsletter contained updates on "Chasing Pegasus (a play in ten chords)"
(Incognita's most recent theatrical production, performed in
October 2006 in Melbourne, Australia), information on the Acting
Up Masterclasses, more news on Sally's attendance at the
recent BAFTA Film Awards in London and information and advice
to actors about the Steven Spielberg/Tom Hanks production "The
Pacific" (sequel to "Band of Brothers"), which
is currently auditioning in Australia and due to start filming
in Melbourne and Brisbane in August this year.
There was also a small update on Incognita Shop latest designs
and a thank you to everyone who sent Sally cards and emails wishing
her a Happy Birthday in April, as well as preliminary announcements
of Salmac's next slate of projects in film and television.
APRIL 2007
The April 2007 Newsletter contained a full report from Sally
from the 2007 BAFTA Film Awards, including who she met, who she
talked to and what it was like walking the red carpet a stone's
throw from the new James Bond 007 - Daniel Craig. (And how he
was just about the only Brit actor who didn't stand on her dress!).
Also included news from Incognita Shop and the announcement
of the new book, due to be released in July 2007.
Coming up in SEPTEMBER 2007 ...
An article on suggested actors' jobs between acting gigs -
"The 'Resting' Actor: Suggested Jobs For Actors Between
Gigs" and more news from the trenches of the Australian
acting industry, including rumoured upcoming films and television
