Launch of Two New Fitness Programs for the Over 50's

The most important facet of Making The Most Of Life event is the introduction of a workshop/seminar for the purpose of Launching new programmes resulting from research into the aging process.

  • Living Longer - Living Stronger will share the results of an extraordinary weight training programme that promises to have far-reaching effects in the Fitness/Recreation industry for older adults. For more information, phone Karen or Sue on (03) 9654 4443.
  • We will also launch Getting Better With Age - in Healthy Lifestyle - an exercise video that will have a great impact on the Fitness/Recreation programmes for older adults in the future.
