The Small Hall (Room 64) seats 60 in chairs which blend with the décor.

This front room of the house enjoys a wonderful view of the bay. It hosts large meetings, conferences, seminars and cocktail parties.

There is access to a large kitchen and to the front verandah, with a separate entrance.
